CrossFit Training
We pride ourselves in providing everyone with both a fun AND welcoming experience.
Whether you are trying out CrossFit for the first time, or you are a CrossFit veteran, we want you to feel welcomed while experiencing a great time!
Our CrossFit classes are 60 minutes of challenging, invigorating fun! You will be instructed throughout each class by one of our CrossFit Certified Coaches and never led astray.
Each class consists of strength and conditioning, speed work, stamina, coordination, power, balance and agility exercises. We incorporate each of the elements of fitness to get you into the best shape of your life; we want to help you get toned-up, gain muscle, and lose weight.
Personal Training
We offer multiple personal trainers to help you achieve all of your health and fitness goals!
This is more specialized training for the individual that is proven to help them accomplish their specific health/fitness-related goals and needs.
Our Personal Trainers provide pertinent information on developing personal schedules, constructing nutritional plans, and designing a specific workout regiment that is catered to the individual.
We also provide 4-5 week body assessments to give you a better grasp on your progress.
Accountability is vastly important when partaking in any fitness journey; our personal trainers are your go-to accountability partners that will help keep you motivated and consistent.
